BLACK FRIDAY FAQ AND UKK

1. WHEN IS BLACK FRIDAY 2023?

A: Black Friday 2023 is officially on Friday 24.11.2023.

2. WHEN WILL BLACK FRIDAY OFFERS BE DISPLAYED?

A: The Black Friday 2023 offers in the Vesiurheilu.fi online store will be available on Monday 20.11.2023.

3. WHERE CAN I SEE THE BLACK FRIDAY OFFERS?

A: You will see all vesiurheilu.fi online store Black Friday offers on the homepage from 20.11.2023 at Monday 20.11.2023. 10.00. 

4. HOW LONG ARE THE BLACK FRIDAY OFFERS VALID?

A: Vesiurheilu.fi Black Friday 2023 offers are valid until Tuesday 28.11.2023 at 10.00 a.m. until 10.00 p.m. 23.59.

5. DOES BLACK FRIDAY HAVE THE SAME DELIVERY TIME AS NORMAL?

A: All Black Friday products have the same delivery time as normal, i.e. 1-3 business days. We receive a lot of orders during Black Friday, so in some cases our delivery times may be slightly later than normal. However, we aim for a normal delivery time. 

6. CAN I BUY MORE THAN ONE BLACK FRIDAY PRODUCT OR IS THERE A LIMIT ON THE NUMBER OF ITEMS I CAN BUY?

A: Some of the products on offer are available in large quantities but in limited quantities, while some products are only available in a few pieces. However, we have no limits on the quantities you can buy. 

7. CAN I ORDER BY INVOICE OR INSTALMENT ALSO FOR BLACK FRIDAY PURCHASES?

A: Yes. We accept all the most common payment methods, including OP invoice, Walley invoice and instalment, so you will not receive an invoice until you have received your order. 

8. DO BLACK FRIDAY PRODUCTS HAVE A RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

A: All Black Friday products have a standard return and exchange policy. Exchanges are always free of charge. KAll returns are at the customer's own expense or by using the Finwake Oy return agreement via Matkahuolto., in which case the amount of the order 8,50€ actual return costs will be deducted from the order amount. For more information on exchanges and returns, please contact our customer service department, info@vesiurheilu.fi or 045-8417744. 

9. HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS GONE THROUGH AND THE PRODUCT IS DEFINITELY RESERVED FOR ME?

A: You will always receive an order confirmation from us once we have received your order. You will receive an order confirmation by email. If for some reason you do not receive an order confirmation, please check your spam. If you do not receive an order confirmation in your spam folder, please contact our customer service team at info@vesiurheilu.fi. During Black Friday, many promotional products are very popular and other customers may want to buy the same product at the same time as you. Therefore, we recommend that you finalise your order quickly to ensure you receive the products you want.

10. I CAN'T PAY, WHAT DO I DO?

A: During Black Friday, payment providers may occasionally be backed up, so this may affect your ability to process your payment. You can also try placing your order using another web browser. If these do not help, you can contact us at info@vesiurheilu.fi .
