Cancelling Your Order
You have the right to cancel your order without giving a reason within 30 days of receiving the product — we offer a more generous period than the statutory 14 days (Finnish Consumer Protection Act, Chapter 6). If the last day of this period falls on a weekend or public holiday, the period is extended to the next business day.
Cancellation is done using the form below. Fill in the form and submit it — you will receive an automatic confirmation email as proof of cancellation.
Please also always contact our customer service by phone (045-8417744) or email (info@vesiurheilu.fi) before returning the product, to receive the correct return instructions and ensure fast processing.
If you have already received the product, please see the return instructions and costs in our delivery terms. Return costs are €6.90 for returns within Finland (deducted from the refund amount) — for larger products such as kayaks, canoes, and SUP boards, costs are determined by distance. You can confirm the exact cost in advance with our customer service.
