DELIVERY METHODS AND COSTS

For parcels, you can choose between Matkahuolto and Schenker parcel delivery points, for larger consignments, you can use the Post Office's freight service.

Delivery charges start from 4,90€.. For delivery, you can choose DB Schenker or Matkahuolto parcel points or home delivery at the checkout, and for larger orders, you can choose Postal Freight (e.g.
kayaks and hard sup-boards) either to the delivery address or to the nearest Post Office terminal.

Once you have chosen your preferred delivery method, the total price of your shopping basket will be calculated at checkout and an estimated delivery time will be given to you before payment. In special cases, we reserve the right to change the delivery method;
for example, not all parcel points will accept parcels over 150cm in length.
products over 150cm, such as water bottles, in which case the parcel point may change from the original, but always to the closest point to the address.

Delivery charges are based on the weight of the shipment and are indicated on the product card and in the shopping cart before payment.

DELIVERY TIME

If the product is in our stock, the estimated delivery time is 1-3 working days depending on the delivery method.If the product is out of our stock, the estimated delivery time is seven (7) working days.If the order is received by 12:00 noon, it will usually be shipped the same day.If the order includes pre-ordered products or a product is temporarily out of stock, the order will be shipped in full when all products are available. However, if you would like available products to be delivered earlier, please contact our customer service team, info@vesiurheilu.fi.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Exchanges are free of charge. Returns of Ale products and e.g. BlackFriday campaign products are at the customer's own expense or with a Finwake Ltd return contract using a courier service, in which case the actual return costs of €8.50 will be deducted from the order amount. The consumer has the right to return unused products within thirty (30) days of receipt of the product(s), excluding the date of receipt. The returned product and product packaging must be in substantially the same condition as when received. Our contract partner for returns is primarily Matkahuolto. Returns can be made from any Matkahuolto terminal, agent's point or local shops' Nearby parcel point using our return code 9518619. However, always arrange the return or exchange in advance with our customer service by phone 045 - 8417744 or by email info@vesiurheilu.fi to get the fastest possible processing of your return. An uncollected shipment is not a customer return. For uncollected shipments, the actual shipping and return costs will be charged, unless an arrangement has been agreed separately with our customer service. Matkahuolto and Schenker will store parcels for 7 days at the pick-up points.

CONSIGNMENTS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

Sometimes, despite careful packaging, packages may be damaged during transport. It is therefore advisable to check the condition of the parcel in the presence of the officials when you collect it. If the package is damaged in transit and if the product(s) ordered are also damaged, immediately report the damage/reclamation to the carrier. Please then contact our Customer Service to arrange for a new product to be delivered, info@vesiurheilu.fi or by phone on 045 - 8417744. 

TO REGISTER

1.

When registering, the user must: 
a) Register in Finwake Oy's customer register by providing his/her name and other mandatory information. 
b) Consent to Finwake Oy registering personal data in its customer register. Finwake Oy's customer data is confidential and the company undertakes not to disclose customer data to any parties other than internal partners of the company group. 

Consumers should exercise caution and care when using the online shop.

2. STATUTORY REGISTER DESCRIPTION

Data controller: Finwake Oy 

Name of the register: Finwake Oy customer register

Purpose of the register: Customer relationship management

Data contained in the register: The person's first and last name, local address, postal code, postal town, e-mail address, telephone number and password, as well as other information necessary for the delivery of subscriptions and newsletters.

The data in the register will not be disclosed to third parties. The data are stored on a server to which only the person in charge of the register has access rights. The data is protected by a username and password.
