Saimaa Kayaks inflatable Adventure 2 touring kayak for two is the most popular inflatable kayak due to its versatility. The Adventure 2 kayak is versatile, as solo paddling is easily achieved by moving the bench to the middle, freeing up space for gear for even longer trips. Two removable fins and a long waterline help keep the kayak on course, so even longer crossings are fun. A handy upright splash guard on the bow cover helps keep the waves out. Because of its stability, the Adventure 2 also makes for good fishing.
Familiar from SUP boards, durable and tough dropstitch floor holds the canoe in shape thanks to the high inflation pressure, giving a good glide. The floor is covered on top with a durable EVA (cellular plastic) coating that protects the floor and prevents slipping when getting in and out of the kayak. The underwater bottom is further protected by an additional layer of PVC plastic, so that contact with rocks or other objects will not damage the bottom. The side pontoons as well as the floor have their own air chambers, adding safety on the water. The bow and stern covers are made colourful so that the kayak can be seen from a distance. The bottom has drain valves. The load capacity of the kayak is 220kg.
Benches are thicker than the standard fabric bench (7cm) and slightly cupped on the sides for extra support and comfort when paddling. The bench is well adjustable and has galvanised quick-release fasteners. The footrests also have fair adjustments and are adjustable from child to adult. All quick links and the integrated D-rings of the kayak are made of galvanised aluminium.
The aluminium paddle with plastic paddles is 220cm long and weighs 1050g. The paddle can be disassembled into four pieces, so it packs into a small space. The paddle has three different blade angle adjustment options, as well as spillage stops on the shaft.
The package includes two paddles, a bench and footrest, a fast dual function pump (pull and push), a carrying bag, two fins, deck straps for carrying your gear, and a repair kit. The canoe can be quickly filled to paddling condition in about 15 minutes and easily packed back into the carrying bag in minutes. Guaranteed for three years.
