The redesigned Saimaa SUP Pike Canoe 10.0 is a sup board and canoe in one package! The board measures 305 x 79 x 15cm / 10'0 x 31" x 6" and has mounts for a canoe bench, which can be purchased as an option. The board has been upgraded with a stronger dropstitch core and widened by three centimetres, making paddling more comfortable and stable even under a heavier load. The board is a great way to get a taste of SUP paddling, yoga and sunbathing, not forgetting the relaxed canoe paddling while sitting. Although canoeing doesn't require any special balance, with Pike's canoeing facility, even the most timid will venture into the water and discover just how easy it is! The board is very rigid for its price range, so you can paddle with a dog or a child and the board won't swim too deep or bend too much. Two fixed side wings and a removable 20cm centre wing ensure directional stability. The 15cm thickness of the Pike sup board keeps splashes off the board and the deck dry, which is especially useful in colder water.
The Pike sup-board weighs only 8.2kg, making it easy for a small person to handle. Thanks to its 15cm thickness and 280L of air volume, the board can carry smaller children and adults, and is suitable for use as a playground for several hooligans on the cottage beach. Recommended air pressure 15PSI, maximum load capacity 100kg.
