Open in design and dropstitch construction, the Tasman is 440cm long and 81.5cm wide, perfect for longer distance kayaking. Hard plastic reinforcements at the tip and tail stiffen the kayak and break the wave.
On fibreglass paddles, the Tasman moves at a good clip and is the closest thing to a hard kayak that Jobe's kayaks have. The pressed-fabric protected bottom has a flat profile, which also makes for a stable and relaxed ride.
