SUP board repair kit

The SUP board repair kit is used to repair small holes in your board. The kit contains PVC glue and two patches (size approx. 12x22cm), which you can use to shape the patches.

The repair kit is intended for inflatable boards, but it can also be used to repair small holes in traction rings or other PVC materials. The patching should always be done on an empty board.

Quick instructions for repairs on sup-boards or other PVC materials:

1. Locate the leak and mark the spot on the board, you can draw around the area on the patch with a pencil, clean the area thoroughly and finally you can mark the area with painter's tape (to avoid glue stains later). For a better finish, you can also lightly roughen the surface to be glued with sandpaper.
   
2. Apply an even thin layer of glue to both surfaces
3. Allow the glue to dry for about 5 minutes, then apply another thin layer on both surfaces and allow to dry again until touch dry
   
4. Now press the patch onto the board and press evenly from the centre of the patch towards the edges so that the edges are firmly adhered and any excess glue is swollen onto the masking tape and any air bubbles are removed.
5. Remove the protective tapes and allow to dry for 24h
