The Tahé hard-shell wingfoil package is designed for beginners who want an easy, ready-to-use hard-shell board that they can also progress with in the sport. The package includes everything you need: a hard-shell Aria 5.11 wingfoil board, Alize wing and the Aquilon foil package.
The essence of wingfoiling lies in high-quality equipment so that the interaction between the wing and the underwater hydrofoil works seamlessly. With compatible equipment, the sport is easy to learn, and progress comes quickly. In the Tahé package, the compatibilities have been taken care of for you!
Hard-shell wingfoil board Aria 5.11
The Tahé Aria 5.11 (180cm x 76cm x 12cm) wingfoil board is designed as a first and/or recreational level wingfoil board, making it easy to learn the sport and improve further. This is made possible by its generous dimensions and 120-liter volume, which make the board stable and eliminate the need to gather the gear from the water after every attempt at taking off.
For a beginner wingfoiler, it is good if the board has more volume, because when learning to use the wing, the board does not yet rise onto its foil but instead slides on its hull, allowing you to stay better on a larger and more spacious board, and you don’t have to gather your gear again so often after falling. The board length is 180 cm, width 76 cm, and thickness 12 cm. Volume 120 L, weight 8.6 kg.
Wingfoil wing Alize
The Alize wingfoil wing is a model designed by Tahe for easy takeoff. The wing is light, stable, and easily predictable, which are features desired by beginner enthusiasts. The wing offers good control, and thanks to its compact size, it is easy to ride without the wingtips touching the water even if small piloting errors occur. The wing is relatively stiff, which makes riding easier and reduces the risk of fluttering.
Available in two different sizes:
5m² Alize wingfoil wing best suited on the water for riders over 60kg and for light to moderate winds (5-13m/s), or for heavier riders in stronger winds, or for lighter individuals in lighter winds.
A 6.0m2 wing is best suited on the water for riders over 70kg and light winds (4-10m/s), or for heavier riders in stronger winds.
For example, when using a stand-up paddleboard or learning on skis on ice in winter, Alize wingfoil wings are also suitable for even light wind.
Wingfoil Aquilon main wing, i.e., hydrofoil
Tahen Aquilon hydrofoils are made for learning wingfoiling! Thanks to the shape of the carbon fiber front wing (low aspect ratio) and the winglets, getting airborne is made as easy as possible even in light winds, and in flight, the hydrofoil is very stable – with this combination, you will surely progress quickly! One carrying bag contains everything you need to learn to fly and develop in your sport.
Available in two different sizes, mast height is 75cm in both.
Front wing area 1500cm2 and rear wing 450cm2. Recommended for people under 80kg.
Front wing area 2000cm2 and rear wing 450cm2. Recommended for people over 80kg.
