The Saimaa Kayaks Adventure Twin XL is a large and spacious two-person packraft made for adventurers who appreciate comfort, stability, and long-distance performance. With its extra-long interior (215 cm) and streamlined 350 cm waterline, this model offers excellent tracking and paddling efficiency, making it perfect for taller paddlers (180 cm+) and extended multi-day journeys.

A removable fin enhances directional stability even further, ensuring smooth and confident handling on long tours. The slightly wider 99 cm profile brings more balance and interior space, allowing you to paddle comfortably with a partner – even with plenty of gear on board.

Your equipment stays safe and dry inside the waterproof zippered pontoon compartment and beneath the removable YKK-deck cover. The package also includes two high-quality spray skirts, keeping splashes and rain outside during challenging conditions.

Built for demanding adventures, the Adventure Twin XL uses reinforced, tear-resistant materials throughout: 0.45 mm 420D TPU nylon pontoons and a 0.65 mm 840D double-coated nylon floor designed to withstand tough ground contact.

As the largest packraft in the Saimaa Kayaks lineup, the Twin XL also weighs the most (5.3 kg). Yet its added length and comfort make a clear difference on long stretches, especially for taller paddlers, fully justifying the extra weight. With a maximum load capacity of 300 kg, there’s plenty of room for all the gear you need for long expeditions or wilderness adventures.

For convenience, the raft features front and rear carry handles that make transport easy even when inflated. The Twin XL can also be paddled solo, leaving ample space for camping and expedition gear.

In our tests, the rear seat fits paddlers up to 190 cm, while the front seat suits up to 177 cm with the deck cover installed. Without the cover, both paddlers enjoy even more flexible seating positions.

There are 8 attachment points along the pontoon edges for securing additional gear, dry bags, or custom setups.

The included lightweight 220 cm aluminum paddle (950 g) features plastic blades, three adjustable blade angles, and built-in drip guards. It breaks down into four compact sections, making it easy to pack and carry.
