Obrien's classic System + Device package has been updated with a new, sturdier Clutch binding.
The System wakeboarding board is a great choice for your first board in our shop, providing an affordable and easy way to enter the exciting world of wakeboarding, even with a small outboard motor.
Designed for beginners, Obrien's wakeboarding board has double channels in the ends and deep removable fins, making it extremely stable to handle, as our shop's wakeboarding staff have also found in tests. The Continuous rocker profile, which rises steadily from the centre of the board towards the tips, ensures predictable behaviour in both cruising and jumping, and softens the bottom edges nicely. The system has a special gliding core that makes surface ascents easier for beginners. As skills improve, most enthusiasts take off the removable fins and a new world of wakeboarding opens up in the form of surface tricks!
Clutch bindings are among the best bindings for beginners thanks to their sturdiness and redesigned bottom plate. They are open-toe models, so they can fit more sizes of feet. The ultra-lightweight insoles are comfortably soft and with the sole plate angled inwards at a 2 degree angle, there is no more comfortable bandage in the beginner's collection! The clutch binding has five different attachment points, making it easy to adjust to the riding position that's just right for you.
The 135cm board is red-black-blue and the 140cm board is blue-black-green.
Wakeboarding is possible with a 20 horsepower engine!
